There is nothing particular that you must wear to a massage. Some or our clients are comfy in short shorts, boxers, or just underwear, some clients prefer to go nude. Clothing is totally up to you and your comfort level.
Well we have wifi and it is now the 21st century, so we pretty much accept it all. Credit cards, cash, local checks.
Sure, but please remember we do have other clients in session, so please use a quiet voice.
Memberships are $49 and are valid January 1st through December 31st. An Idaho Massage Membership gets you $10 off our standard massage rates every time you book a massage. Idaho Massage also offers member only sales throughout the year. Memberships are not for everyone, but if you are coming in for regular massages, then the membership is the way to go. If memberships are not your thing, our standard rates are super affordable even without the membership.
Nope, sorry! Memberships are sold per person, non transferable, non refundable and your discount is only valid on the massages you book for yourself. We will have member only gift card sales from time to time, so check your email for additional membership perks.
We all know life can throw us a curve ball.... our therapists are independent contractors, we don't get paid unless you show up.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in affect. We send out an email and a text message 24 hours before your appointment, so please let us know if you cant make it. Our therapists customize each massage to our clients. This means we set up our tables, creams, oils, lotions, towels, warmers, massage tools and prep for each client. No shows and late cancellations are subject to charge. This goes for members and non members.
In short, yes! We are working hard to bring you the best massage experience out there. Whatever you generously leave your therapist as a tip, 100% goes straight to your therapist. Idaho Massage does not have a receptionist, we just have our online booking site and all the other work and prep is done by your massage therapist. Show them some love!
